Who's who for the organisation of The Customer Forum:

Nigel Rouch, TDG UK Ltd, Senior Project Manager SSC

Nigel has held numerous positions in IT, Finance and Operations.
Responsible for implementing a number of strategic projects for across a number of industries, currently reporting the Accounting Services Director of TDG, supporting a significant change programme within the Accounts Payable function.

TDG use a number of Bottomline Technologies application portfolio, and they are now integral to TDG finance function.

As Chair of the Customer Forum, Nigel is keen to ensure that the user community play a significant role in helping to develop the future of the Bottomline application suite and to facilitate the delivery of a "value add group" in these challenging economic times.
