The two main types of events hosted by the Bottomline Customer Forum are the Annual Conference and Special Interest Groups.
The Annual Conference is a major two day event and valuable networking opportunity for Bottomline users. It offers the chance to attend presentations by industry experts and fellow users, which reach beyond technology to the heart of business strategy, as well as find out about the latest product updates and functionality.

The Special Interest Groups give users the chance to meet with product specialists in a more focused forum environment, asking questions and discussing product functionality. Topics are chosen by the members themselves, and can include WebSeries Reporting, Bottomline Business eXchange, Product Roadmaps, for example.
