WebSeries Customer Forum Formed.

Bottomline are pleased to announce the creation of a WebSeries Customer Forum. The group was formed during the inaugural WebSeries User Conference held on 13th and 14th of March at Wokefield Park in Mortimer, Reading.
Organised by and for WebSeries users, over 70 participants from across the UK gathered at the conference. Users were able to discuss their experience of WebSeries and share ideas for product developments moving forward, in a users’ forum. Presenters ranged from Voca, to the users themselves, including Stephen Walker from Trinity Mirror and Chris Weaver from NTL;Telewest.
During the conference, the WebSeries Customer Forum was launched, dedicated to providing users with a regular forum. The official Customer Forum committee as elected by the users is as follows:
- Diane Beddingfield, CIS
- Jason Gidden, BNP Paribas
- Eddie Saunders, NTL: Telewest
- Steve Shipp, TDG
- Stephen Walker, Trinity Mirror
- Tim Eustace, Bottomline Technologies
The User Committee’s first meeting is to take place on the 11th May, minutes will be available shortly after the meeting.
